If you need to cancel or change your order, kindly email us immediately with subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will try our best to carry out your request. 

We offer a 14-day return period. We believe 14-day return period is a fair enough amount of time to make a decision whether to keep it or return it. 

We have a 14-day trial period. If you are to return our product, we do ask that the product be in "as new condition", meaning, free from stains and damage. 

To begin the return process, kindly send us an email through to our Customer Servicec team at info@happybubzzz.com

Please include the following info in your email:

>Order number and name used to place the order

>The name of the product you are returning

>Photo if the item(s) you wish to return

We will then ask a few mandatory questions about your return in order for us to assess the situation and also to avoid people taking advantage of our system. 

After this process, we will immediately process your returns. We will send you a free return shipping label that will cover the item(s) retur postage fee. 

Standard shipping is free on ALL ORDERS. 2-8 day delivery! 

Yes we can change it for you as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Simply contact us and we can change it for you. However, if your order has already been shipped, you can redirect it via Australia Post tracking link we provide you.
